Double-bedded room with private shower room
Large, beautifully sunny room with king-sized bed (with both sprung base and mattress for extra comfort), sitting area with remote-control TV (which can also be watched in bed!) and tea/coffee-making facilities.

Adjacent is a private shower room having Aquilisa power shower (fed directly from the boiler), vanitory washbasin and wc.

A stable door from the bedroom gives access to your own garden where you can relax in the shady arbour or in the sun with table and chairs provided.

First Floor:
Twin-bedded room with private bathroom
Large room with 2 single beds (each with both sprung base and mattress for extra comfort), sitting area with remote-control TV, and tea coffee-making facilities.

Directly opposite is a private bathroom with large bath, Aquilisa power shower (fed directly from the boiler), bidet, washbasin and wc.

There are views over farmland to The Downs.

In summer guests are invited to sit and relax on the swing seat by the fishpond.
